Mike has been in the Title Insurance Industry for over 20 years. He has a thorough knowledge of all aspects of Title and Escrow Law with respect to Deeds, Liens and Encumbrances, Plats and Legal Descriptions, along with a complete understanding of the various Policies and Endorsements and the assurances they provide. Scott also has over 20 years of experience in the Title Industry. His knowledge in both Title and Escrow gives his clients added benefits. James oversees all of the Title Operations here at Integrated Title. His attention to customer service and the needs of all of our customers make him perfect for the job. BABS ISON

TITLE OFFICER/ESCROW OFFICER

Babs has over 24 years of experience in the Title Industry. She is licensed in both Title and Escrow and has worked in every aspect of a Title Company. She helped to develop the paperless system that ITS currently uses as well as assists in training of current and new employees. Babs has been Bill Roeder's assistant for over 22 years. Her knowledge is unmatched in all areas. Everyone that works with Babs knows that if you give her a task the job gets done.

Brian has been searching and examining title for over 10 years. He is one of the very best and efficient Title Officers around and is now a very valuable part of our Escrow Team. Crystal has 8 years of experience in the Title Industry and has done almost every job there is to do within a Title Company. Sheila has been a licensed escrow officer for over 15 years. Her previous experience in the Mortgage Industry and in accounting definitely gives her an edge. She has vast experience in closing complex development and commercial transactions, which keeps her on the cutting edge of the various policies, endorsements and other products offered by our underwriters.

MARGIE LUDINGTON

Margie has been in the real estate industry for 20 years, as a real estate agent, loan officer, escrow officer, and branch manager. She has been focusing on escrow transactions for the last 12 years. Along with purchase transactions she is experienced in 1031 exchanges, and some commercial closings. She provides excellent customer service and client relations. She is involved in the real estate industry serving on committees at the Salt Lake Board of Realtors and the Home Builders Association.

ANDREA LUDINGTON-HENDRICKSON

Andrea has been working in the title/real estate industry for 10+ years. Andrea has worked in several different arenas within the real estate industry but finds her home in title/escrow. Her experience in title started with searching, customer service, escrow assisting, and now has been a licensed escrow officer for the past 5 years. Andrea has a vast knowledge of title, escrow, and the real estate industry as a whole. Andrea takes pride in providing excellent customer service and ensures smooth closing transactions for her clients.

Roger specializes in complex commercial and development transactions. Our customers rely upon his expertise on a daily basis in order to ensure that their investments and acquisitions of development properties are free from defects which could cause them losses and damages if not discovered and dealt with properly.

Pattie began her career in the title industry in 1979. She is a licensed title insurance marketing representative and an escrow agent. Hailey has been in the Title Industry for over 10 years. She is a licensed marketing representative and escrow officer. She has an outgoing personality and zest for life. She has a passion in assisting her clients reach their business goals, and ensuring that all their title, escrow, and marketing needs are met. She is able to do this with her knowledge and expertise of the real estate industry. She is very involved in the real estate industry serving on various committees at the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.

Alan has been in the real estate industry for over 26 years as an agent and broker, and for the past 16 years in title and escrow. 1031 Exchanges have been Alan's specialty for well over a decade. Alan is a certified CE instructor for Title/Escrow, Real Estate, and Mortgage.

Tina has worked directly with Scott Halvorsen, one of the original founders of Integrated Title, for over 14 years and has helped Integrated Title become an industry leader. She is currently working as an Escrow Officer in our Sugarhouse Branch. Her years of experience in the Title Insurance Industry has allowed her to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to handle even the most complex Escrow Closings.

Spencer began his career in the title industry as a bilingual (Spanish/English) escrow officer. He brings with him a thorough understanding of the Hispanic culture which makes his Spanish closings comfortable and professional. Excellent customer service and personal client relationships are his number one priority.
