Sheila has been a licensed escrow officer for over 15 years. Her previous experience in the Mortgage Industry and in accounting definitely gives her an edge. Tracy has been involved in the Title Industry for over 18 years. She specializes in residential transactions. She has great expertise in Short Sales, Bankruptcy and Foreclosures. She is also a certified and licensed Continuing Education Instructor for the ULTA and the Utah Division of Real Estate which gives her clients added benefits.

She is currently working as an Escrow Officer in our Sugarhouse Branch. Her years of experience in the Title Insurance Industry has allowed her to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to handle even the most complex Escrow Closings.
